Summer 2024
Counselor Portal
Camp Arrowhead couldn’t happen without our amazing counselors!
All summer long, our amazing counselors have the opportunity to intentionally invest into kids and share the love of Jesus with them. Our counselors lead kids in worship and rally, guide them through our outdoor elements, cheer them on at game time, and engage their faith in age-appropriate small group questions.
Being a Camp Arrowhead counselor is a tremendous privilege that is supplemented with training on lifelong skills and spiritual formation. Every week our counselors work incredibly hard and are celebrated daily. Counselors will also be eligible for weekly FUN hangouts at the end of every camp week and additional perks and benefits in addition to the hourly pay.
Counselor positions are open to students going into 9th grade or above, and we also have specialty positions for students that are 18 years or older. (Photography, Tower, Production, Videography)
Students going into 7th or 8th grade can apply to be Counselors in Training, a program that has been built to train them to be fully equipped counselors. (Working through summers as a Counselor in Training (C.I.T.) will prepare you for the challenges of the counselor program!)
Counselors will be expected to work at least 5 out of the 8 weeks of Camp Arrowhead this summer.
